The Global Diversity List is affiliated with the Global Diversity Awards, which produces the annual European Diversity Awards.

At its annual conference in Fort Lauderdale, the National Association of Gay & Lesbian Real Estate Professionals (NAGLREP) honored Obergefell and Sherry Chris, CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, with the Pinnacle Award.
